Summary
This study followed 317 men who completed a 12-week digital health program for erectile dysfunction. The program included cardiovascular training, pelvic floor exercises, and psychological support. Researchers wanted to see if improvements in erectile function lasted at least 3 months after the program ended. Participants filled out questionnaires to track their progress.
