Summary
This study tested a digital surgical guide for fixing gummy smiles caused by a condition called altered passive eruption. 24 adults were split into two groups: one got standard surgery, the other got surgery guided by a digital tool. The goal was to see if the digital guide improved accuracy, shortened surgery time, and reduced pain. Results will help determine if this high-tech approach is better for patients.
