Can playing digital games make nurses happier at work?

Summary
This study aims to see if a special digital board game program can help nurses feel more empowered, satisfied, and creative in their jobs. 50 nurses will be randomly assigned to either try the 6-week online program or receive no special training. The program combines educational workshops with playing digital games designed to build confidence and teamwork skills.
