Summary
This study is testing a new training program for nursing and physiotherapy students. The students learn to provide home-based care to older adults with mild frailty, using a digital platform to track care plans. The main goal is to see if this training improves the students' skills and teamwork, and if it benefits the older adults' health awareness and behaviors.
