Phone app and nurse coaching aim to boost surgery success
NCT ID NCT07457034
Summary
This study tests whether a digital follow-up system and nursing education can help people feel better and stay active after weight loss surgery. About 52 adults who have had bariatric surgery will either use an 8-week digital exercise program with nurse coaching or receive standard care. Researchers will check if the digital support improves quality of life, exercise habits, and weight management compared to usual follow-up.
