One-Hour digital session aims to fight student mental health crisis

Summary

This study is testing a new, one-time digital group session called FAST, designed to help college students build mental resilience. It aims to improve sleep, activity, and reduce feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and stress. About 100 students will try either the FAST program or a different relaxation training to see which is more helpful and acceptable.
