Can a tablet app get seniors moving after hip surgery?
NCT ID NCT07135843
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week digital exercise program, delivered on a tablet at home, can help older adults become more physically active after hip replacement surgery. Researchers want to see if adding personal coaching to the program makes it more effective. They will compare the program, with and without coaching, to usual care by measuring how much participants walk using a small sensor.
