NCT ID NCT07467057
Summary
This study is testing if asking nursing students to take a short break from non-school smartphone use can help them manage their time better and stay focused. Researchers will have 80 student volunteers try limiting their phone use and then measure any changes in their time management skills. The goal is to see if reducing digital distractions can improve academic habits for students in demanding programs.
