Summary

This study aims to see if asking young adults to take a break from social media can help reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress, and improve their sleep. It will involve 100 participants who currently use social media for 8 or more hours a day. Researchers will measure changes in mental health and sleep quality after the digital detox period.
