Summary

This study looks at whether taking a break from social media (a digital detox) can help young adults feel less depressed, anxious, or stressed, and sleep better. About 100 people who use social media 8+ hours a day will be asked to reduce their digital time. Researchers will measure changes in mood, stress, sleep quality, and emotion control.
