Digital dentists: new tech aims for faster, prettier tooth replacements
NCT ID NCT07294820
Summary
This study is testing a new, fully digital process for placing a dental implant immediately after a tooth is pulled. It aims to see if this computer-guided method works as well as the standard technique in terms of implant success and appearance, while also being faster and more satisfying for patients. The study will involve 24 healthy adults who need a single front-tooth replacement in their upper jaw. Researchers will compare the digital results to data from a previous study that used a similar, non-digital approach.
