New digital tool aims to beat burnout before it starts

Summary

This study tests a self-guided online program designed to prevent workplace burnout and improve psychological well-being in employed Canadian adults. About 250 participants will be randomly assigned to either the burnout prevention program or a creative writing control. All activities are done online over about 30 days, and researchers will measure changes in burnout, stress, mood, and work engagement.
