Summary
This study tested a one-time school program called Digital Bodies, designed to help teenagers feel more satisfied with their bodies and less pressured by unrealistic images on social media. About 450 Italian high school students took part, with some receiving the program right away and others waiting. Researchers measured body satisfaction, internalization of appearance ideals, and self-objectification before, after, and 8 weeks later.
