Sensors track Real-Life pain to revolutionize arthritis care

NCT ID NCT07031518

Summary

This study tested if small wearable sensors could reliably track the daily ups and downs of knee osteoarthritis symptoms. 43 participants, some with arthritis and some healthy, wore the sensors on their ankles and wrists for two months. The goal was to find better ways to measure the disease in real life, which could help doctors personalize treatment plans in the future.
