Summary
This study tested a digital health platform, including a smartphone app, to see if it could help people better manage their asthma. 94 participants with moderate-to-severe asthma used the app for 6 months to track symptoms and medication use. The main goal was to see if using the app improved their asthma control and quality of life by helping them stick to their treatment plan and communicate with their healthcare team.
