New digital tool aims to help asthmatics breathe easier and get moving

Summary
This study is testing a new digital support program designed to help people with moderate to severe asthma manage their breathlessness and become more physically active. Researchers will randomly assign 300 adult participants to either try the digital program or continue with their usual care. The main goal is to see if the program improves participants' quality of life by helping them feel less short of breath during daily activities.
