Summary
This study is testing a 6-week mobile app program designed to help parents and caregivers of children with autism. The app uses interactive stories and therapy-based exercises. Researchers want to see if using the app reduces caregivers' stress, anxiety, and feelings of burnout compared to those who continue with their usual routines.
