Summary

This study looks at two different surgical techniques to reduce pain after a finger amputation. Researchers will compare a nerve reconnection method (microanastomosis) with a nerve removal method (traction neurectomy) in 50 adults. The goal is to find which approach leads to less pain and fewer complications over six months.
