Summary

This study looks at how digital addiction affects university students' daily lives and sense of balance. Researchers will measure students' digital addiction, occupational competence, and activity balance. Then, participants will receive a structured educational session on healthy technology use. The goal is to see if this training can improve students' well-being and occupational balance.
