Researchers create digital alert system to prevent anesthesia complications
NCT ID NCT07275567
Summary
This study aims to create a standardized digital warning system for patients who have experienced difficult breathing tube placement during surgery. Researchers are analyzing data from 1,785 patients to determine what information is most important to include in these alerts. The goal is to help doctors better prepare for future surgeries by having clear, accessible information about a patient's airway history.
