Summary
This study tested whether taking dietary supplements for 60 days could improve focus, mood, and stress levels in university students. Seventy-five students were randomly assigned to receive one of two supplements or a placebo pill. Researchers measured changes in cognitive performance, anxiety, depression, and appetite to see if the supplements made a difference.
