Can a pill plump your lips and hydrate your skin?
NCT ID NCT06774742
Summary
This study tested whether a daily dietary supplement containing hyaluronic acid could improve dry facial skin and lips. It involved 130 healthy women aged 40-70 who were randomly assigned to take either the supplement or a placebo pill for 14 weeks. Researchers measured changes in skin and lip hydration, volume, and quality to see if the supplement worked better than the placebo.
