Summary

This study looks at how a daily dietary supplement changes levels of key nutrients like vitamin D, B12, and omega-3s in healthy children aged 4 to 15. About 20 kids will take the supplement for 4 weeks and give blood samples before and after. The goal is to gather early data, not to treat any disease.
