Summary
This study aims to determine the exact iron requirements for US adults using safe, non-radioactive iron tracking. Researchers will follow 300 healthy adults for 12 weeks, measuring how their bodies process iron through regular blood tests. The results will help update national dietary guidelines to better match the specific needs of the US population.
