Can a smarter grocery list help prevent cancer? new study aims to find out
NCT ID NCT07225881
Summary
This study is testing whether a new nutrition program called 'Eatwell' helps adults follow cancer-prevention diet guidelines better than standard nutrition education. The program focuses on practical skills like healthier grocery shopping, cooking at home more often, and making better choices when eating out. Researchers will enroll 472 adults who currently don't meet these dietary guidelines to see if the Eatwell approach leads to better eating habits and reduces inflammation in the body.
