Personalized diet coaching shows promise for dialysis patients
NCT ID NCT07180069
Summary
This study tested if personalized diet education helps people on dialysis lower high phosphate levels in their blood. 200 patients were split into two groups: one received standard advice, while the other got extra coaching on choosing low-phosphate foods. The goal was to see if the extra support led to better phosphate control over three months.
