Can changing when and what you eat help control PCOS?
NCT ID NCT07385716
Summary
This study is testing whether two specific diet approaches—time-restricted eating (limiting food to an 8-hour window) and a Mediterranean-style diet—can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers will enroll 62 women to see if these diets improve body weight, body fat, blood sugar, cholesterol, and overall quality of life over 8 weeks. The goal is to gather better evidence for using diet to manage PCOS symptoms.
