Could a simple diet change keep kids with feeding tubes out of the hospital?
NCT ID NCT06913621
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of blended food, designed to bind bile acids, can help reduce hospital and emergency room visits for children with feeding tubes who are at risk for aspiration. It will compare this special diet to other standard feeding formulas over six months. The goal is to see if changing what these children eat through their tube can help control their symptoms and improve their health.
