Can a blood test report boost your diet willpower?
NCT ID NCT07372235
Summary
This study is testing if getting feedback on your health improvements helps you stick to a diet. 300 adults with a BMI over 25 will follow a low-starch, low-sugar diet for 3 months. Half will get a report on their improved blood test results halfway through, to see if this extra motivation leads to better weight loss and health outcomes.
