Summary
This study aims to see if combining a Mediterranean diet with intermittent fasting can help control high blood pressure. It will involve 48 adults in Turkey who are newly diagnosed with hypertension. Researchers will compare the effects of these dietary approaches to understand which might work best for lowering blood pressure and improving heart health.
