Summary
This study tested whether a specific eating pattern called Ketoflex 12/3 could slow down Alzheimer's disease. The diet combines a plant-based ketogenic approach with daily fasting windows. Researchers measured changes in memory and thinking skills in 60 people with early-to-mid stage Alzheimer's who followed this dietary protocol.
