Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized diet coaching program and exercise training, used separately or together, can help older adults with sarcopenic obesity. Sarcopenic obesity is the combination of low muscle mass and high body fat, which increases health risks. Researchers are comparing four groups over 24 weeks to see which approach best improves body composition and physical function.
