First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a structured diet and exercise program can increase lean muscle mass in adults with cystic fibrosis who are already taking the medication Trikafta. About 100 participants will be followed for 12 months. The goal is to improve muscle strength and overall health, addressing new challenges like weight gain and metabolic issues that can arise with modern CF treatments.
