Can diet and exercise help women recover after breast cancer?
NCT ID NCT07275957
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week program of diet changes, exercise, or both can help women who have finished breast cancer treatment. Researchers want to see if these lifestyle changes can improve physical fitness, body composition, energy levels, and overall well-being. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to different groups focusing on Mediterranean diet, different exercise types, or a combination.
