Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week program of healthy eating and exercise can improve physical fitness, body composition, and emotional well-being in women who have had breast cancer. 120 women aged 30-65 who finished their main cancer treatment at least 3 months ago will be randomly assigned to diet changes, exercise training, both, or a control group. The goal is to find the best way to help survivors feel stronger and healthier.
