Can a 12-Week lifestyle change rewire a Man's sperm?

NCT ID NCT04175678

Summary

This study aims to understand if diet and exercise can improve the health markers in sperm for overweight, inactive men. Researchers are recruiting 100 Hispanic men to compare sperm from healthy, active men with that of obese, inactive men, and to see if a 12-week program of diet changes, exercise, or both can reverse any differences. The study will also check if any improvements last for months after the program ends.
