What your diet does to your brain? new study seeks answers
NCT ID NCT07312994
Summary
This study aims to understand if what you eat—a vegan, vegetarian, or meat-inclusive diet—affects certain markers in your blood that are linked to brain health. Researchers will observe 300 healthy young adults who have consistently followed one of these diets for at least a year. They will measure specific proteins in the blood to see if diet makes a difference, but this is an observation study, not a treatment.
