Summary

This study looks at whether different diets can help women with fibromyalgia who are also overweight. About 90 women will try either a keto diet, a Mediterranean diet, or a Mediterranean diet with added probiotics. The goal is to see if these diets reduce pain, improve sleep, and ease anxiety or depression.
