NCT ID NCT04175678

First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at whether diet and exercise can improve the health of sperm in overweight, inactive Hispanic men. Researchers will compare sperm from healthy active men and obese inactive men, then have some men follow a diet, exercise program, or both for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes can reverse harmful changes in sperm and if those benefits last after stopping the program.
