First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week program of healthy eating and exercise can improve physical fitness, body composition, and emotional well-being in women who have had breast cancer. About 120 women aged 30 to 65 who finished their main cancer treatment at least 3 months ago will take part. Participants will be randomly assigned to diet changes, exercise training, both, or a control group to see which approach works best.
