Summary
This study tested a hands-on technique called diaphragmatic myofascial release in 44 adults with thoracic kyphosis (an exaggerated forward curve of the upper spine). The goal was to see if releasing tension in the diaphragm muscle could improve chest expansion and heart rate. The approach is non-invasive and focuses on improving movement and function.
