New heart procedure tested for irregular heartbeat control
NCT ID NCT05230524
Summary
This study monitored how well the DiamondTemp Ablation System works to control paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat) in 84 patients. It tracked whether the procedure kept the irregular heartbeat from returning and recorded any safety issues over three years. The goal was to gather real-world data on this already-approved medical device.
