Summary
This study aims to find out if using a citrate-based dialysis fluid is safer than the standard acetate-based fluid for patients in intensive care. It will compare how often dangerous drops in blood pressure occur during dialysis sessions. The goal is to improve the safety and tolerance of dialysis for critically ill patients with sudden kidney failure.
