New device aims to prevent blockages in lifesaving dialysis tubes

NCT ID NCT05062291

Summary

This study is collecting real-world information on a medical device called the WRAPSODY Endoprosthesis. The device is a small, flexible tube placed inside a patient's dialysis access site to help keep it from narrowing or closing. Researchers are following 500 patients on long-term hemodialysis to see how well the device works and how safe it is over two years.
