Summary

This study tests a mobile app called Diactive-1 that gives children and teens with type 1 diabetes personalized resistance training and education. The app uses a simple handgrip strength test to create a custom exercise plan. The goal is to help young patients better manage their diabetes and improve their fitness. About 158 participants from several hospitals in Spain will take part.
