Summary

This study looks at whether a diode laser, apple cider vinegar, or a plant extract called gymnema sylvestre can better disinfect root canals in people with type 2 diabetes who have a tooth infection. Ninety adults will receive standard root canal treatment plus one of these extra cleaning methods. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain and kills bacteria most effectively.
