New supplement trial aims to ease diabetic nerve pain

Summary
This study is testing whether a nutritional supplement called CRONILIEF™ can help reduce nerve pain in people with diabetes. 70 participants with moderate diabetic nerve pain will take either the supplement or a placebo pill for 8 weeks, in addition to their standard care. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, sleep quality, and emotional well-being to see if the supplement provides extra relief.
