Major registry launches to track silent kidney threat in vulnerable populations

This study is creating a registry to follow 2,000 adults with diabetic kidney disease from underserved communities for up to two years. Researchers will collect health information from medical records and brief questionnaires to understand how the disease progresses and what treatments people receive in real-world settings. The study does not provide any treatment—it only observes and collects information to help design better future studies and improve care.
