First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests if a new surgery that gently stretches the bone under a diabetic foot ulcer, combined with a skin graft, helps the graft survive better than a skin graft alone. About 104 adults with hard-to-heal foot ulcers will take part. The goal is to improve wound healing and reduce the chance of the ulcer coming back.
