One-Time gel aims to speed healing of dangerous diabetic foot wounds
NCT ID NCT07206862
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a one-time topical gel called DEBRICHEM® to standard wound care helps chronic diabetic foot ulcers heal better. About 242 adults with foot ulcers that haven't healed for at least 4 weeks will receive either standard care plus the gel or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if more people achieve complete wound closure after 20 weeks with the added gel treatment.
