One-Minute gel aims to heal diabetic foot wounds, prevent amputations
NCT ID NCT07206862
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special gel called DEBRICHEM® to standard wound care helps heal chronic diabetic foot ulcers faster. About 242 adults with foot sores that haven't healed for at least 4 weeks will receive either standard care plus a single application of the gel or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if more people achieve complete wound healing within 20 weeks with the gel treatment.
